We offer Free Shipping to the United Kingdom , Our Transit Time is 7 to 10 Business days
Method of Delivery
We do not send orders during holidays.
We send your purchase using Royal Mail , Hermes ,Or Yodel.
If you order a product after the cut-off time (which is 09:00 pm), it will be processed the next day.
Confirmation of Shipment
We will send you a confirmation email once your purchase has been sent. The email will contain a tracking ID, which will be active within 1 day.

Item Misplaced
If you did not get the merchandise within the indicated time frame, please contact the carrier, and if the problem persists, please contact us at contact@indieshoppers.co.uk
Wrong Address
You will be liable for paying all shipping fees for reseeding the goods if you provide the wrong address during checkout and it is returned to us. contact@indieshoppers.co.uk
Address Change
If you need to change the location where your order will be delivered, please contact us at contact@indieshoppers.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to change the delivery address once it is in transit.
Cancellations
For a fast and optimized delivery time, your orders are fulfilled and shipped as soon as we receive them, which gives a small window of possibility of a cancellation. But if your order is still processing and under 24H , we might be able to accept cancellation ,But if order is shipped we can't cancel your order. Once the order delivered you can return the order by reading our return policy.
Items Damaged While in Transit
Suppose you find that your product has been damaged or broken during delivery. Contact us immediately and take a clear photo of the broken or damaged product and send it to our customer service email at contact@indieshoppers.co.uk. and request a free exchange or return.
